Calgary Food Fest 2017

Summer Social

Last celebration of summer with an all day party in the south centre parking lot, complete with food trucks from YYC Food Trucks, musical entertainment with Bass Bus, giant sized lawn games and tons of family fun. The party will wrap up with an evening screening of The Avengers on a 4-storey outdoor movie screen. Bring your picnic blankets, lawn chairs and some layers to keep you cozy at night, and celebrate the last days of summer with the entire family (pets are welcome too!)

The Backyard Alley Party

So, while 17th Avenue is under reconstruction, the businesses of the 400 block of 17th Ave are throwing an alley party! They’ll be transforming the alley into a vibrant, magnetic and intriguing destination where you can sit on a patio, do some shopping, do yoga, watch an outdoor movie, grab a bite to eat and see local art! Participating restaurants like Local 510 Public Tavern, The Living Room, Ox Bar de Tapas, Ricardo’s, National on 17th and Ship & Anchor Pub will also be setting up special patios in the alley.
