The Ironwood Stage & Grill is located in the heart of Inglewood and promises you three things: good music, good food and good beer. It was voted the “Best Live Music Venue, Country and Folk” by the Fast Forward annual reader’s poll – fourth year in a row!

The owner, Pat MacIntyre, has always had a natural love for original music. His passion shines through the shows and entertainment that he hosts. When the American rock legend Dave Alvin was asked about his visit to Ironwood, he was quoted saying, “Yeah, this is my kind of place.”.

Habitat

Habitat Living Sound is a boutique electronic music Micro-club based in Calgary Alberta, Canada. Despite it’s small stature, it has big vibes and is home to many of Calgary’s best up and coming as well as seasoned DJ veterans and international guests. A door policy of respect connotes the come as you are, but bring vibes to match the nature of the venue.

Specializing in House and Techno in it’s many iterations, you will also find live electronic performances and off the beaten path genres of electronica. Habitat is DJ owned & operated – and as such, has a deeply curated and authentic atmosphere.

Commonwealth

Commonwealth Bar & Stage is an old warehouse converted to an incredibly unique night destination in Calgary’s downtown that is the only venue to feature two distinct floors of sound and a vintage fashion-forward aesthetic – all for the simple purpose of delivering a good time with good music.

The Commonwealth concept grew from a passionate music background shared by the owners (acclaimed DJs and producers) and the need for a mid-sized nightclub that would introduce creativity and discerning music to the standard nightclub model.

Ranchman’s

The Ranchman’s Cookhouse & Dancehall is a real cowboy saloon. Ranchman’s regulars wear cowboy hats and big belt buckles year-round on horseback – even bull back. You’ll see the Ranchman’s pride in over 100 trophy saddles from world and Canadian rodeo championships on Ranchman’s Walls of Fame. There’s even a mechanical bull on the premises for anyone who thinks bull riding looks easy.

Ranchman’s is one of Calgary’s hotspots Stampede Week, with room for 900 on the patio and many more on the dance floor. Throughout the year, Ranchman’s plays country music hits and brings some of the hottest country stars for live performances.

If you’re hungry, Ranchman’s serves up thick steaks, fall-of-the-bone ribs, hearty Texas chili and homemade fixin’s in true western cookhouse fashion.
